FIELD: instruments, in particular, for production of alcohol and vodka. SUBSTANCE: device has usage meter, which is designed as drum, which has inner receiving cylinder with input slots on its side surfaces and sectors with output drain channels, which are located on external side surface of drum. In addition device has shaft with bearings, input pipe, intermediate pipeline, which ends in receiving cylinder, drain tank with output pipe, density meter and temperature meter, which are located in intermediate accumulation tank and are connected to first and second inputs of converter, and indication unit, which is connected to output of calculation unit, which input is connected to output of converter. In addition device has drum balancing unit, which has balancing members, which axes are located in symmetry in same plane in perpendicular to drum axis, and rotation angle detector, which is designed as optoelectronic pair and plate shutter, which is mounted on drum axis. Plane of shutter is perpendicular to drum axis. Emitter and photodetector of optoelectronic pair are located on both sides of shutter plane and are connected to output and input of receiver respectively.
