FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device has separator preliminarily removing impurities present in grain by means of a device or separating light admixtures, shelling machine has two identical rubberized rollers having controllable clearance and rotatable at various angular speeds, the ratio of the shelling machine roller radius to the clearance between the rollers being equal to 130-500, separator for separating the shelling products provided with a device for separating husks, machine for separating grain product, polishing machine and separator for finished product. All machines are connected by means of a series of pipes. The separator for separating the products of shelling is connected with polishing machine by means of a pipe line. Machine for separating grain product is connected with separator for finished product. Separators are provided with devices for removing husks mounted in inlets and outlets.
