SUBSTANCE: device has a reservoir with a cleansing agent, a conveyer for the container shifting mounted in it and a filtration chamber of the cleansing agent with a filtering member made in the reservoir. The chamber also has a branch pipe for the filtrate removal and a branch pipe for the removal of extraneous substances with a gate disposed in it. The filtering member is made in the form of a hollow body of revolution whose cavity is in communication with the branch pipe for the filtrate removal, and is equipped with a revolution drive. The filtration chamber of the cleansing agent is made with a guideway in the form of a hollow turn of the spiral.
