SUBSTANCE: bauxite is processed by parallel Bayer-sintering procedure including in sintering branch the preparation of mixture of bauxite, limestone and reusable solution; sintering of mixture in furnace; hydrochemical treatment of sinter and decomposition of aluminate solution; Bayer crushing branch includes crushing of bauxite, comminution of bauxite with reusable solution, leashing and decomposition of produced aluminate solution. After comminution of bauxite in Bayer branch, it is subjected to classification by size of 3-10 mm. Minus material is directed for complete comminution and subjected to leaching in Bayer branch. Plus material is subjected to classification by size of 15-40 mm. Plus material is withdrawn from process and minus material is directed with bauxite for preparation of mixture.
