SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, particularly, to production of alumina from bauxites. Complex for bauxite raw material processing comprises two lines, in the first of which there is a crusher for crushing high-quality bauxite, mill for bauxite grinding in recycled solution, autoclave for high-temperature leaching of obtained pulp, thickener, washer, decomposer, evaporator, calcination furnace, in second line there is a crusher for crushing low-quality bauxite, mill for grinding bauxite in soda solution, correctional pool, sintering furnace, crusher for cake breaking. Complex is characterized by that between the first and second lines an additional conveyor is installed, which connects the grinder for crushing the cake and a mill for grinding bauxite in a recycled solution.

EFFECT: simplification of the process scheme of bauxite raw material processing due to the absence of the presence of a diffuser battery for leaching the cake, an autoclave for desiliconizing the aluminate solution and a pipeline for supply of the desiliconized solution to the first line decomposer.
