SUBSTANCE: device has casing, casing cover with leading bin, means for preliminarily crushing raw materials, fixed cylindric grill, perforated cylinder mounted on the rotor in concentric relation to the grill, the cylinder having projections on the outer surface for dispersing coarse crushed mass, calico shell, fixed in the casing coaxially with the cylinder used to filter liquid fraction, means for comminuting the mass having dispersing members mounted on the rotor and comminuting members mounted on the stator with radial ring-shaped clearance between them. Comminuting members are rubbing the lining made of corundum and spaced between guiding ribs with clearance left. Each lining member is provided with a radial movement mechanism to measure clearance value between the lining and dispersing members.
