FIELD: equipment for starch-and-molasses industry. SUBSTANCE: impact and deflecting members in the device are separated by radial slotted channels. The width of slotted channels is smaller than that of impact and deflecting members. The paired counterposed surfaces of each impact and deflecting member have a longitudinal slot which is parallel to the axis of the accelerating disc. The depth of the longitudinal slot is equal to (1-2)e and its width, to (2-3)e where e gap between the paired counterposed surfaces of the impact and deleting members. Besides, the impact and deflecting members have the form of removable trapezoidal pins with longitudinal slots on the side surface. The slots are parallel to the accelerating disc axis. Each pin can turn about its axis. The device also comprises a dividing cylinder installed concentrically with a sieve-type shell and forming a circular filtrate chamber. The latter is connected by a pipe with a casing, before its discharge port. The pipe has a means for adjusting its hydraulic resistance.
