FIELD: construction of gas and oil wells. SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of channel along walls of casing string by its heating and discharge of excessive liquid from cavern of formed channel, successive freezing of caverns upward. Maintaining of channel in heated state above frozen cavern is effected with the aid of mixture liberating heat in exothermic reaction. Cavern is frozen with mixture absorbing heat in endothermic reaction of reacting components. Amount and rate of liberation and absorption of reaction heat of mixtures are regulated by varying their composition depending on location of cavern in depth and temperature of permafrost rocks.
