FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: parametric transformer has magnetic circuit built up of three sections 1,2,3; first section carrier input (line) winding 4, second one, output (resonance) winding 5 whose leads are connected to capacitor to form resonance-tuned circuit. Output winding is mounted on leg section 7 whose cross-sectional area is reduced to 4/5-th of that of remaining portion. Shell-type middle leg of magnetic circuit has slot arranged symmetrically under output winding. In other option, composite magnetic circuit has ribbon frames arranged over perimeter of extreme legs and yokes. EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of parametric transformers, improved stability of output voltages. 6 cl, 8 dwg
