FIELD: power supply systems. SUBSTANCE: device has switch 25, direct voltage stepping-up unit 1, first, second and third operational amplifiers 5, 6, 7, first, second and third diodes 8, 9, 10, ten resistors 11-20. All said devices are connected between input negative and positive wires 2, 3 and output negative and positive wires 4, 21. Control voltage for closing switch 25 should be below maximal possible voltage at output of unit 1 and upper voltage for its opening.
