FIELD: silviculture. SUBSTANCE: fastened to pruner handle 2 is variable-volume chamber 4 with capillary 5 brought out to the working surfaces of the pruner blades 1 which are provided with non-wetting coating. In the course of cutting, preparation is forced out of chamber 4 by handles 2 to wet the working surface of blades 1. The blades apply the preparation to the cut, thus exterminating the plant. As handles 2 return to the initial position, chamber 4 sucks back the remaining preparation from the surfaces of blades 1. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
