FIELD: casting machines. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed to enhance device safety in operation due to dynamic loading reduction when working member (in particularly moulding machine) is stopped and fixed. Device has rotating working member (rotary table) placed in a base. Rests are evenly fixed over working member periphery. Lock unit, motor, reducer and tooth and lever epicyclic gear are mounted on a base. Lock unit has a body with a drive member positioned within it. Epicyclic gear is constructed as a drive crankshaft mounted for interaction by one end with a motor through a reducer, and a driven shaft placed for interaction with working member. Device is provided with auxiliary motor and reducer placed on a base opposite to main motor and reducer for interaction with the other end of drive crankshaft and pneumatic hydraulic damper. Pneumatic hydraulic damper is hinged on one end with a base and on the other one with a lock body. Lock body is hinged with a base. Auxiliary motor is constructed as hydraulic motor.
