FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: mill has stand with guides, spindle of workpiece mounted in stand, spindle of tool, rotation drives of workpiece and tool, hydraulic system, and hydraulic power cylinder. Axes of the two spindles rest in one plane extending through the point of rolling at an angle to each other, whereas the guides of the stand and tool spindle are arranged perpendicularly to this plane. The mill has additional hydraulic cylinder arranged in parallel with the axis of the tool spindle with rod end cavity facing the path of travel of this spindle to its initial position and pivotally connected by casing to the stand and by rod to the housing of the spindle. The axis of the additional hydraulic cylinder rests in the plane of the two spindles. The hydraulic system contains arrangement for smoothly adjusting the pressure in piston end cavities of the power and additional hydraulic cylinders. The diameter of piston of the additional hydraulic cylinder is at least half the diameter of the piston of the power cylinder. EFFECT: enhanced tooth rolling efficiency. 3 cl, 4 dwg
