MECHANICAL FRETSAW Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: woodworking industry. SUBSTANCE: mechanical fretsaw has bed-frame, table with base 3, sawing blade 4 with cantilever, drive located on solid plate, that is situated between table and base. Drive has two force chambers 5 and 6, made of flexible material and connected with source of compressed air. Chamber 5 is mounted on upper surface of plate with capability to contact lower surface of table. Chamber 6 is made with discharge windows 12. located in lower part of its shell. Chamber 6 is fixed to lower surface of plate and contacts base 3. Adjustment of air stream and pressure in chambers is provided, that allows to change operation mode in wide range.
