FIELD: transport; windshield wipers. SUBSTANCE: invention gives description of two design versions of control device. Device made according to first design version has pulse generator 21, cutoff delay unit 31, voltage stabilizer 16, control unit 38 and operating switch 8 loaded by coil of relay 10. Movelty in design is change in design of components of device and their coupling. Offered invention makes it possible to create devices with such control circuit that provides resistance decoupling with supply source, excludes consumption of current and action of impulse noises on device components at standly duty. Voltage stabilizer circuit of device stabilizes all control signals and provides required parameters of output signal without adjustment under full-scale production conditions.
