FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: locking mechanism detent 17 together with pull-back spring 19, balls 16 and pusher 9 is arranged between cover and movable member (diaphragm) 5 of energy accumulator and is furnished with holder 18 arranged at side of cover and engaging with pusher 9. Hole is made in insert 21 and cap 24 of cover 3 opposite to end face of detent. To unlock the locking mechanism rod or screwdriver is to be driven into hole of cap 24, then lightly pressing on or striking the rod (screwdriver) by hand detent 17 is shifted, and quick release of brake is provided. When compressed air is delivered through hole 8, movable member 5 with pusher 9 gets shifted, compresses spring 21 and resets locking mechanism. At both sides of energy accumulator rod 15 installed are stop 28 and rod axial displacement stop 29 which preclude inadvertent disengagement of parts of body 2 and insert 21 of cover 3 of energy accumulator under action of force of compressed spring 22, thus engancing safety of construction.
