FIELD: self-propelled vehicles. SUBSTANCE: device has two contact rings in form of ellipse made of current-carrying material and arranged concentrically relative to axis of pendulum with possibility of adjustment of ring-to-ring distance along axis of pendulum. Eccentricity of first contact ring is less than that of second ring. First contact ring has extension springs arranged in relatively perpendicular planes and secured on frame of vehicle. First contact ring is connected to sound signalling system, and second contact ring, rigidly secured on vehicle frame, is arranged under first contact ring and is connected with electromagnetic member placed in vehicle brake system.
