FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: device for growing of protein single crystals has body with chambers for protein and precipitator solutions communicated by means of channels; means for switching-on in form of flexible tube and profile cam engageable with flexible tube. Channel is made in solid part of central portion of body and provided with flexible tube. Profile cam is made on external surface of bushing installed in body cylindrical hole crossing the communicating channel. Rigidly secured to bushing is indicator engageable with graduating scale located on body. Device provides for regulation of crystallization process due to action of simple and low-inertial means on diffusion flow of precipitator, and for preservation of sterility of all device components for the entire period of operation. EFFECT: higher reliability of protein single crystal growing process in the offered device. 2 dwg
