FIELD: cultivating cells or microorganisms. SUBSTANCE: device has a body in which a temperature-controlled hollow-core membrane apparatus is disposed provided with unions for a medium supply and removal. The membrane apparatus further has a peristaltic pump, a storage and supply system for a culture medium and a receiver for the cell suspension. The device has an airtight case made of bacterial filter and secured within the body all over the assemblies of it. The device further has an adsorber on the gas removal line and a sampler. The storage and supply system for the culture medium has a hydrocyclon with a bellows within it. The unions are attached to a closed end of the hydrocyclon for introducing the culture medium to the membrane apparatus. Each connection duct if the sampler and each connection duct of the cell suspension receiver are combined into a pair adopted for a simultaneous supply of the cells and of the cultivate medium to capsules of the sampler. The capsules are provided with viewing windows for the visual inspection of the medium. EFFECT: intensified process of cultivating cells or microorganisms. 3 dwg
