FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: beater has casing 1, hammer 2, anvil 3, drive shaft 4, motor 5, and a mechanism to throw up hammer 2. Anvil has central conical hole 9, and clamping mechanism 10 in the form of seizing members located in the hole. The members are loaded with spring 11 permanently to anvil 3 and interact with rod 8. Beater is provided with tube 13 covering rod 8. The tube is installed in hole 12 of drive shaft 4. Hammer 2 and drive shaft 4 have ball-type spline joint 14. Motor 5 is installed outside casing 1 and is connected to drive shaft 4 through gear 15 and elastic joint sleeve. The beater may also have electromotor drive installed inside casing 1 being hollow and connected to drive shaft 4 through elastic joint sleeve. Casing 1 and anvil 3 are connected to one another using nut 18 and shock absorber 19. Casing 1 is provided with handle 20. EFFECT: high productivity. 7 cl, 5 dwg
