Device has knives articulated to drive body symmetrically and square to drive shaft axis. Knife ends have recesses accommodating drains with anchor fittings. Device has forcing-in mechanism in form of holder with spiral blade on surface. Holder is rotatable relative to drive body. Knives have pointed edges in their lower parts.
