FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a distributing valve and a receiving valve. Both valves open automatically after their connection and close automatically after their disconnection from each other. Due to the configuration of the valves, the receiving valve always is the first to open and the last to close. The valves are operated by a cam mechanism having a neutral part which functions as a time-delay element between the opening and closing of valves so as to enable the granular material to move freely out from the interval between the valves and pass through the receiving valve.
