FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exercising manual treatment by using the following techniques: delivering a blow with the hypothenar of a clenched fist into the region between the transverse and spinous processes of the displaced S1 vertebra, delivering a pushing blow with the thenar of the other hand, after setting the proximal interphalangeal joint of the bent third finger of the first hand near the base of the spinous process of the vertebra on the side of its displacement, into the region of the metacarpophalangeal articulation of the first hand. After having restored the correct positions of the vertebrae, the greater trochanter and acetabulum region is locally fixed with unextendable bandage provided with sublayer piece. EFFECT: prevented articular surface dislocation; provided uniform contact; accelerated regeneration process.
