FIELD: medicine, can be used in treatment of infantile cerebral paralysis. SUBSTANCE: manual therapy is accomplished, then one leg of the patient is fixed, the other leg is given the form of a moving object for bending at an angle of 25 to 90 deg. in the knee and hip joints for 10 to 30 minutes with a gradual increase of the amplitude of the angle of bending at a rate multiple of the speed of object movement. The device for realization of the method has frame 1 with vertical guides 2. The guides carry platform 3 with fasteners for the foot. Platform 3 can move on the guides up and down up to adjustable stops 5 that carry final position pickups 6. Blocks 7 are installed in the frame upper part, the blocks carry cable 8 linking platform 3 with counterweight 9.
