FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: composition has, wt.-% finely milled crystalline shales 97-99.5 and sodium chloride 0.5-3. Components were mixed, wetted, pressed, dried and calcined at 1000 C for 2 h. Physical-mechanical properties of ceramic articles: compression strength limit is 25-50 MPa, water absorption is 14-16% water resistance is 0.89-0.98. EFFECT: enhanced quality of composition. 1 tbl
