SUBSTANCE: device has dryer 1 with fluidized bed of a loose material constructed as cylindric housing 2 having central and periphery hoppers 3 arranged in rows and having perorations made as arc-like slots 8 for passing the drying agent, by-passing devices 7, branch pipes for supplying and discharging the agent and material, cyclone 13, and members for feeding the material to top hopper 3. The device is provided with well-type dryer 19 of grater diameter than the diameter of cylindrical housing 2. The design of the dryer is the same as the design of cylindrical housing 2. Well-type dryer 19 is provided with cooler 34 with vertical hoppers 36 and periphery hoppers 37 for removing hygroscopic moisture from the material and cooling the dried material.
