SUBSTANCE: bimetallic-strip relay has case, clapping bimetallic- strip sensing element with movable contact, and stops; length of top and bottom stops made of bimetal strips equals distance between centers of movable contacts and stops proper are placed crosswise in respect to sensing element, this ensuring most effective compensation for similar change in sag of bimetallic-strip sensing element.
