FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: synthesis of a new water-binding agent of an unspecified structure of dispersive systems such as a ferric chloride compound and aniline (from pure reagents and production waste) having qualitative characteristics better than those of the prior art water binding agents. The process is carried out by stirring ferric chloride and aniline at a ferric chloride to aniline molar ratio of (13-14):(1.0-1.2). EFFECT: improved properties of water binding agents. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl
