FIELD: controlling flow of liquids and gases. SUBSTANCE: controlling unit is mounted for permitting movement with respect to the housing and constructed as at least one pressure-tight casing-sleeve whose space is in communication with the inner space of the housing, e.g. through a bellows, one braking block which encloses the slide valve and is connected with the casing-sleeve through intermediate rigid rod, and means for transmitting control pulses from the control unit to the slide valve through each rod and block. The control unit is made up as members which effect on each casing-sleeve in the axial direction, the housing perpendicular to their axis inside the space perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the housing, and each casing-sleeve perpendicular their axis in the plane wherein the axis of the casing-sleeve and axis of the housing are arranged.
