FIELD: adaptive optical systems. SUBSTANCE: corrector has N piezoelectric plates, N control electrodes, made in form of resilient metal substrates which have annular thicknesses along the peripheral parts. The electrodes are mounted in corresponding hollows of the base. The base has also through holes, aligned with the hollows. Common electrode reflects optical radiation and is connected with one side of piezoelectric plates. The other sides of the plates are connected with corresponding control electrodes. Space between piezoelectric plates is filled with dielectric material. EFFECT: improved efficiency; improved reliability of operation. 2 cl, 3 dwg
