FIELD: optical instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: parallel scanning optical unit has the first and the second mirrors, which are made with curvilinear reflecting surfaces, sweep generator, light source, round-shaped piezoelectric plate; the plate is fixed rigidly inside the case. Control electrode is applied onto one side of the plate, and the other side is connected with flexible metal substrate. The first mirror is attached to center of piezoelectric plate at the side where control electrode is disposed, which electrode is fastened to the axis at some angle of light source connected with the electrode. Sweep generator is made in form of sinusoidal voltage generator. The second mirror is made in form of paraboloid of revolution, which is disposed at focal length from the first mirror. The mirrors are connected optically. Optical axis of the second mirror is disposed at 3-10 deg angle to normal and to the surface of piezoelectric plate. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 4 dwg
