SUBSTANCE: mower is comprised of two rotors, each equipped with rotating crossheads with cutters rotating in a horizontal plane at different angular speeds, and a forming disc arranged above in a spaced relation. Secured to the surface of the forming disc around its circumference is a wavy endless band of a flexible material with a vertical generatrix.
