FIELD: gas processing. SUBSTANCE: coke-oven gas, containing hydrogen cyanide, ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, is washed with an ammonia polysulfide solution with liberation of ammonium thiocyanate, coke-oven gas purified of hydrogen cyanide is washed with a solution of monobasic ammonium sulfate with separation of ammonium and subsequent after purification with a solution of sulfuric acid with liberation of ammonium sulfate, which is burnt up together with ammonium thyocyanate in the presence of hydrogen sulfide with production of sulfur dioxide directed to the stage of sulfur production according to the Klaus process; and coke-oven gas after afterpurification is washed with an aqueous solution of amines or carbonates of alkali metals with subsequent regeneration of hydrogen sulfide, which is partially fed to the burning stage, its amount being sufficient for the Klaus process in relation SO2:H2S, the remaining amount to the stage of production of elementary sulfur in the Klaus process; after separation of sulfur exit gases are washed with a solution of ammonium salts in absorber, with the solution temperature being within 80 to 100 C, and then in succession in two absorbers at a solution temperature within 30 to 40 C and pH-value equal to 5-6 and 7-8, respectively, at additional delivery of ammonia or ammonium vapors to them with production of ammonium thiosulfate carried to the first absorber in the direction of washing; sulfur-containing pulp obtained in it is filtered out with separation of elementary sulfur, and filtrate is carried to the second and third absorbers from the second absorber in the direction of washing is returned to the first one; 1 to 10% of this solution is atomized into combustion products of coke-oven gas, formed gaseous products at a temperature of 400 to 500 C are mixed with exit gases of the Klaus process and fed to the first absorber in the direction of washing. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 cl, 1 dwg
