FIELD: tube rolling mills. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes roller tables for feeding sleeve, for removing waste rods and guiding sleeve with the rod, drive rotary levers, an inclined grid, a cooling bath, a frame, movable in a vertical plane and having struts, supporting beating assemblies for charging the sleeve, and a clamping device of the sleeve. The rotary levers, being single-arm ones, are mutually connected. One of the levers has an oval-shaped working recess. A closing member is secured to a carrying arm of the other lever. The closing member is in the form of double-horn lever, having a working recess between the horns and another working recess on a side, opposite to one of the horns. Stationary mounting of rotary levers, mutually connected by a tie rod, allows to increase transfer operation speed and therefore to lower subsidiary time periods.
