SUBSTANCE: machine has frame, bell-crank carrying electrode holder on one end with electrode and pedal drive, controlled master unit of compression force and lever-and-hinge mechanism. Bell-crank is L-shaped and master unit is manufactured in the form of spring-loaded rod coupled to one link of level-and-hinge mechanism which other link is connected to end of bell-crank. Axle intercoupling links of level-and-hinge mechanism is connected to pedal with the use of tie-rod. EFFECT: improved operational convenience, increased productivity. 1 dwg
