FIELD: mechanical engineering, apparatuses for contact welding of small thickness pieces. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body, guides, located on lever one end upper electrode, handle, rod with force spring and microswitch. Apparatus also has two mounted on guides sliders. Guides are made as two mutually perpendicular bars. One of the bars is fixed on body. Another bar is fixed on one of sliders, that is on bar fixed on body. Second slider is located on another bar. Slider is rigidly connected with lever of upper electrode. Handle is hinged to lever. One end of rod is fixed on upper electrode lever and has adjusting nut and stop bead, that is engaged with microswitch located in handle cavity. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 4 dwg
