SUBSTANCE: connected to lower chord of boom is pad whose end face is displaced forward relative to end faces of side guides of post and is furnished in its lower part with cross members projecting in plan beyond end faces of guides; roller is located behind post crossmember and the latter is installed for displacement of upper part forward within flexible deformation limits by way of tensioning the wire rope of boom load handler through roller.
