FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: card fillet for carding machines has base with card fillet secured to base. Needles of card fillet are made in form of clamps to form upper and lower elbows whose extreme parts have sharpened end sections made in form of rectangular whose width lies within 0.1 to 2 mm. Clamps are installed in base to form acute angle between it and lower shoulders from their convex side and amounting to 62-80 deg. Distance from clamp bending point to base of card fillet is within 0.5 to 1.00 mm. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg
