FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wind power plant has tower, base secured to the tower, two blade wheels mounted on shafts arranged on supports for permitting rotation in opposite directions, electric generator whose rotor is coupled with one of the wheels and contr-rotor with the other one. The tower is made up as sections to permit the tower to be folded telescopically. The ends of the sections are bent to define guide collars and pockets. Blocks and rope loops are received in the pockets. The section can be extended with the rope. An area provided with a lens-shaped streamlined protective guard and shelves with openings is secured at the end of the top section. The stands of the protective guard pass through the openings of the top shelf to permit the stands to be extended upward. One side of a ladder is secured to the tower and the other side is pivotally connected to the first side to allow the ladder to be folded. The counterweight is arranged at the top part of the ladders. The contr-rotor shafts are piping and can be folded telescopically to define closed ring pockets between the contacting sides. The pockets are in communication with a hydraulic accumulator through centrifugally-controlled valving and pipe line, the accumulator being built in the shaft. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
