FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: patient is subjected to X-ray radiation, and set of X-ray images is got in form of videosignal at output of videoconverter of X-ray assembly. The set is registered in form of massive of digital data. Radiocontrast matter is introduced into vessel under test, and radiographic test is conducted once more. The second set of images is got and registered. Data files are processed and subtracted. Then the data is displayed and subjected to analysis. Prior to registration of image set, electric modes of X-ray assembly have to be fixed together with videoconverter. When registering images, components of videosignal are eliminated, which are outside the boundaries of temperature range, and mode of sampling for the first and the second sets of radiographic images is established. Device for executing subtraction angyography has X-ray assembly with videoconverter, analog-to-digital converter, units for setting non-linearity and processing of videosignal, on-line memory, controller, digital-to-analog converter, which is connected with TV screen and videodisc, display, which is connected with processor, interface unit, memorizing unit, on-line memory, as well as system duct, floppy disk storage, hard disk storage, frame sampling unit, control registers unit, unit for forming address and control signals, sync pulse oscillator, reference voltage source, frequency phase autotuning unit, commutator and printer.
