SUBSTANCE: medicinal-prophylaxis agent showing cholesterol-regulating action consists of dry, viscous or liquid extract isolated from saltwort herb Salsola collina Pall by spirituous or aqueous-spirituous extraction. Extractive substance content in extract is 3 wt.-% not less. Treatment method: proposed agent as liquid extract is given to patient (20-30 drops in 50-100 ml water or 1-2 tablets or capsules 3-4 times per a day, 15-20 min before eating for 1.5-3 months).
