FIELD: sewage electrochemical treatment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for electrochemical purification of contaminated liquid has settling tank with circular partition and section circulating pipe coaxially located relative to each other. Installed in lower part of sectional circulating pipe are soluble electrodes, foam intake and injector, branch pipes for supply of contaminated liquid and discharge of purified liquid. Branch pipe for supply of contaminated liquid is connected to pipe located inside the apparatus and having discharge holes and is bent on helix. Pipe with discharge holes located inside apparatus is made on conical helix. Discharge holes located on surfaces facing each other on pipe bent on helix are staggered.
