SUBSTANCE: apparatus for electrochemical purification of contaminated liquid has settling tank with circular partition and circulating pipe coaxially arranged relative to each other. Installed in lower part of circulating pipe are soluble electrodes, foam intake with injector, deflector installed in circulating pipe above soluble electrodes, foam intake with injector, deflector installed in circulating pipe above soluble electrodes, branch pipes for supply of contaminated liquid installed tangentially to circulating pipe and branch pipe for withdrawal of purified water.
