FIELD: civil engineering, fastening water-proof/thermal insulation structures of roofs independently of slope and operating conditions. SUBSTANCE: fastening device has cylindrical sleeve with thrust washer on upper end, and a hole on lower end to install the fastening piece. Sleeve upper end is capped and has threaded thrust washer. Upper end is threaded from outside. Lower end has sealing washer and hold-down nut making contact with one another when screwing the nut. Alternatively the fastening piece is provided with sealing washer making contact with sleeve lower end when screwing. Options with cap nut with thrust projection used as thrust washer, or fastening piece made in the form of spring loaded bolt are provided. EFFECT: high technological effectiveness. 3 cl, 5 dwg
