FIELD: construction; may be used in manufacture of building products of various applications, particular, single- and two-layer facing slabs of walls of buildings and structures, small-sized plates and and panels, sandwich partition panels and roof heat-insulating and water-proofing plates. SUBSTANCE: mold consists of bottom 1 with longitudinal side members, pack of transverse separating walls, part of which, every other, is made in form of two-sided vacuum molding machine 3 with filtering layer 4, and the other separating walls 5 are provided with perforation 6 and movable partition 7 and internal hollows of walls 3 and 5 are communicated through gate with atmosphere and vacuum plant. Longitudinal side members and transverse walls 3 and 5 form molding sections 9 having easily removable cover 10. Method includes placing on vacuum molding machine with side members of layer of hardening mortar and laminated layer of effective heat insulation above which strong vacuum hollow is formed. Built-up in vacuum hollow and vacuum molding machine are different in values pressures below atmospheric, with difference of pressure values close to value of ultimate strength of material of heat-insulating layer that is accompanied by vacuum pressing of layer of hardening mortar and pressing of heat-insulating layer to hardening mortar layer. EFFECT: higher productivity of molding equipment and its technological potentialities due to extension of nomenclature of manufactured products and increased their quality. 8 cl, 8 dwg
