FIELD: tunnel construction. SUBSTANCE: tunneling complex has supporting girders articulated to supporting ring and installed for raising and turning by means of hydraulic jacks and provided with levers. Levers are connected with the help of ears to rod of raising hydraulic cylinder secured with its body to supporting girder. Turning hydraulic cylinder is installed on each girder along the axis. Head end of each raising hydraulic cylinder is communicated with respective output of three-position distributor through check valve, and rod end is communicated through additionally installed check valve, with outputs of respective three-position distributor of girder turning hydraulic cylinder. Head end of girder turning hydraulic cylinder is communicated with output of distributor through pressure control valve whose control line is communicated with rod end of raising hydraulic cylinder.
