FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in construction of small diameter tunnels and tunnels of varying section with lining having no bolted joints between ring components. Block-placer has frame with four extending supports and hydraulic cylinders for their extension, lever with counterweight for installing tunnel lining components mounted on frame for possible rotation, lever rotation mechanism, extending platforms and block-placer moving mechanism connected with lower parts of extending supports. Additionally mounted on block-placer are telescopic posts made in the form of outer sleeves and fastened on their upper part is arch with supporting beams, and inner sleeves connected with lower part of extending supports. Outer sleeves can be moved within guide bushes fastened on frame of block-placer. Telescopic posts are provided with detents, installed in guide bushes are movable stops, outer sleeves of telescopic posts have through-holes. Arch with supporting beams is made up of three parts. Middle part of arch is connected with upper part of telescopic posts. Side parts of arch are pivotally joined with central part, and by rods of variable length they are connected with outer sleeves of telescopic posts. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 cl, 5 dwg
