SUBSTANCE: device has illumination unit incorporating power supply, at least two light emitters, and two focusing rods, optical diodes, photoconverter, built up of photocell, optical diffuser in the form of concave light-diffusing screen with reflecting ring and cylindrical focusing rod, the latter being placed in center of photocell with diffusion screen above it, its convex surface facing photoconverter; side surface between them is covered with reflector; all components of unit are placed in metal screen provided with connector for load consuming electric current.
