FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: initial components (carbonyl iron and mixture of oxides depending on grade of ferrites) are fed into charge hopper. Oxygen is fed through a nozzle into shaft cavity, then it is set fire. Synthesis of ferritic charge is performed as a result. Synthesized charge is fed into discharge unit.
