FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of environment protection, in particular to method for recycling of medical wastes. Method includes separate collection of wastes of A, B, C type in areas of formation into closed storage containers. The latter are installed into trolleys for displacement to the area of loading into closed body of special purpose vehicle that transports wastes to the point of their thermal deactivation. Collection, storage and transportation of wastes is carried out in single-use hard package in the form of box. Box is made of laminated cardboard with thermoplastic polymer coating and is equipped with identification bar code. Open end of box after filling with wastes is folded along grooves, shaping cover of geometric closure. Upper joint of cover is tightly welded with the help of electric heating clamping tool. Closed bodies of special purpose vehicles are equipped with electronic unit of communication with system of satellite navigation, monitoring and control, are equipped with refrigerator and ultraviolet recirculator. Thermal deactivation of wastes is done by joint autothermal combustion in vertical double-chamber furnace of layer oxidising pyrolysis with air blowing into nozzle of separating vault. Furnace has automatic feeding of sealed bags, mechanism for removal of ash and facilities of off gases cleaning. Makes it possible to provide for isolation of wastes from environment in process of storage and transportation, reduces load at environment in process of recycling.

EFFECT: optimisation of process of organised collection and recycling of wastes.
